Birth Doula Services

Jessica with Earthside Birthing Services believes that childbirth is a normal, healthy process and that every mama deserves the right to choice during pregnancy, labor and birth. As a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Jessica strives to provide individualized care that meets the unique needs and preferences of each mama.

Pre-Natal and Postpartum Yoga

Yoga can be incredibly beneficial both during and after pregnancy, offering support as mamas navigate the changes in their physical, mental, and emotional bodies. Practicing yoga and intentional breath during pregnancy not only helps to alleviate stress and promotes rest, it can be an aid in pain management during labor. As a Certified Yoga Teacher, Jessica incorporates and promotes movement and breath throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth.

Pre-Natal and Postpartum Herbal Care

Herbs can support various aspects of a mama's health during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum recovery. Jessica is a Certified Herbalist and believes in the nourishing benefits herbs provide throughout your journey as a mama.

Lactation and Postpartum Doula Services

Lactation support is essential as it can significantly influence the success of breastfeeding for both mama and the baby including increased duration of breastfeeding and overall heath and wellness. Postpartum Services such as taking care of mama and baby, small errands, light housework, childcare, informational and emotional support are available in addition to birth doula services.

30-34 Week In-Person Check-in and Birth Planning
36-38 Week In-Person Check-In and Prep
Labor and Birthing Support
Strong Advocation of Birth Plan During Labor and Birth
Lactation Support
1-2 Postpartum Visits

Fees:

$1350.00

1st 50% to retain services. 2nd 50% due at first check-in.

*additional yoga classes available for clients:

$50 per 60 min private class
